| Shipping quotes are provided automatically during checkout, and are subject to final calculations at the time of shipping your order. By using the automated checkout you are agreeing to be responsible for any additional actual shipping charges. If any additional shipping charges are to be incurred, the customer will be contacted and given the opportunity to cancel their order, and will not be responsible for any charges. If the customer does not respond within 72 hour their order will be automatically cancelled. Returns will be accepted on defective products only with a valid RMA number, so please contact sales@dashdecor.ca before you attempt your return. Defective products are those that have defects in workmanship that cannot be rectified with user servicable parts. Returns will only be accepted if RMA request is within 15 days of shipping. |
